Chibi Dragon Return Policy

RETURNS

Unused and unopened products that are in their original retail ready condition may be returned for a full refund within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Each request for a return must be evaluated on an individual basis. Chibi Dragon reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy. Below are some of the types of return policy exclusions that we do not accept.

  • Perishable goods and food products.
  • Books with obvious signs of use and/or damage.
  • Figures or any other item sold by Chibi Dragon with signs of use and/or damage.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened and/or is not contained in its original packaging and/ or shrinkwrap.
  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. If the request is made and approved within 14 days of product receipt then we will allow shipping time frames that fall outside of the 14 day allowance to receive your return.


To request a return, contact us at contact@chibidragon.com with a receipt or proof of purchase. In most cases, Chibi Dragon will be able to verify your purchase for you, though some situations require a physical receipt (i.e: you purchased your item from us at a convention or trade show.)

 

REPLACEMENTS:

Chibi Dragon takes pride in our selection of quality products and works hard to ensure you receive the highest quality available. We will attempt to replace or refund any incorrectly manufactured items. We must be notified immediately if you receive a defective product. If you believe you have received a defective product, contact us at contact@chibidragon.com with a photo of the defective merchandise and we will review your request.

 

REFUNDS


Once a return has been received, inspected, and approved for a refund we will send an email to document the refund. Chibi Dragon makes every effort to efficiently process your refund and usually can accommodate refund processing within 1 business day. Refunds may take up to 1-2 business days or longer to process during peak business periods and we ask for your patience during these times.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Due to processing variances used by the different financial institutions, we cannot guarantee a time frame in which the refunded amount will appear in your account. If you believe your refund has not been correctly posted, first contact your bank or credit card company. If they cannot verify the return is in process, please contact us at contact@chibidragon.com or use the Contact Page on this site.

 

SHIPPING:

For Returns:

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item within the 14 day period. If you are shipping an item over $75 in value we recommend you consider using a shipping service with package tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Approved returns will receive an authorization number and mailing address to process the return. Please include this information on the box that contains your return. We recommend placing the authorization number after your name in the return address field.

For Replacements:

If we agree to replace your item, Chibi Dragon may provide a paid shipping label (call tag) to retrieve the product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you have a special time sensitive situation we will try to work with you to expedite the exchange.
